Annealsys joins ECM Group

ECM Group, international leader in high performance industrial thermal solutions, with a turnover of more than 100 M€, present in more than 30 countries with 475 employees and 19 subsidiaries around the world, strengthens its manufacturing and sales activity of heat treatment furnaces with the acquisition of the company Annealsys.
This acquisition will allow Annealsys accelerating the business growth in providing more rapid thermal annealing furnaces for production applications with stronger and closer customer support.
With the new semiconductor division ECM Group will propose an extended product portfolio with equipment for RTP, CVD, ALD and thermal processes.
This is a new start for Annealsys, allowing us to develop our business and better serve our customers worldwide. In union with ECM Group we become stronger.
