Annealsys partner of DIMENSION project

Recently TMDs monolayers such as MoS2, MoSe2, WS2, and WSe2 have emerged very promising as nanostructures for their potential applications in various fields: optics, electronics, catalysis and biosensors. The partners of the DIMENSION project are research laboratories in Montpellier (L2C, IEM) and Toulouse (CEMES, LAAS) as well as Annealsys.
In this project Annealsys will be developing deposition processes for Transition Metals Dichalcogenides (TMDs), while laboratories will work on characterization and applications of the layers. This project will allow Annealsys to extend its range of growth processes for 2D materials in addition to graphene and hexagonal boron nitride.
The DIMENSION project is financed by Region Occitanie.
