About Annealsys
Annealsys manufactures Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (DLI-CVD/DLI-ALD) systems. Our customers are Research and Development laboratories and semiconductor companies. The privately owned company Annealsys was established in 2004 in Montpellier, South of France. Annealsys provides outstanding technical and process customer support through a worldwide sales and service organization.

Annealsys proposes solutions for high temperature Rapid Thermal Processes with high vacuum capability. Our RTP systems are extremly versatile and can address a wide range of applications. Our DLI-CVD machines allow the deposition of an extended range of oxides and 2D materials.

Established since more than 20 years, Annealsys joined the ECM Group in 2021. ECM Group is an industrial french group specialized in the designing and manufacturing of vacuum heat treatment equipment for several industries : automotive, aeronautics, energies, semiconductor etc.
Annealsys benefits from the expertise and distribution network of the Group present worlwide in more than 50 countries.

Development.
With 25 years of experience, our team of Ph. D. scientists has developed and optimized number of RTP, DLI-CVD processes. With its application and R&D laboratory Annealsys proposes process development and process service.
Our team of process engineers can develop or assist our customers in annealing and deposition processes or we can have joint development for new and challenging applications.
Annealing and
Coating Service.
If you need to run special processes for your new application and you do not have the requested RTP, DLI-CVD/ALD machine in your laboratory we can run the process on your samples. We do have an extended background in Rapid Thermal Processing and in the deposition of simple and metallic oxides, metals and nitrides, as well as 2D materials (Graphene, hexagonal boron nitride, TMDs).
We can also offer coating service for pilot or low volume production.

Franck LAPORTE - CEO
Franck Laporte is the president and CEO of the company and founded Annealsys in 2004. He was formerly founder, president and CEO of Jipelec and has 25 years background in development of Rapid Thermal Processing and chemical vapor deposition systems : RTCVD, LPCVD, UHV-CVD, DLI-CVD and MOCVD.
Pascal UM - Sales Manager
International Sales Manager, Pascal has 15 years of experience in International Sales and Business Development. He spent 6.5 years in developing of the sales in Semiconductor and R&D market before joining Annealsys.
Jean-Manuel DESCAMPS - R&D Manager
Jean-Manuel Decams, chemistry Ph.D is R&D Manager at Annealsys and responsible for process development and cooperation research projects. He is co-inventor of state of the art direct liquid injection vaporization systems.
