Our services include optimization of temperature control parameters, advice on process conditions, recommendations on selection and vaporization conditions of precursors chemistry for DLI-CVD / DLI-ALD processes.

Our team of scientists and engineers draws on more than 20 years of expertise to develop, optimize, and customize RTP, CVD, and ALD processes. Whether it’s to meet your specifications or to co-develop new applications, we support you in developing innovative and high-performance processes.
Process
Development.
With 20 years of experience, our team of Ph. D. scientists has developed and optimized number of RTP, ALD and CVD processes. With our application and R&D laboratory Annealsys proposes process development and process service. We can perform RTP, CVD and ALD processes as per our customer specifications or enter in partnership for the development of new processes.
Our team of process engineers can develop or assist our customers in annealing and deposition processes or we can have joint development for new and challenging applications.
Annealing and
Coating service.
If you need to run special processes for your new application and you do not have the requested RTP, CVD or ALD machine in your laboratory we can run the process on your samples. We do have an extended background in Rapid Thermal Processing and in the deposition of simple and metallic oxides, metals and nitrides, as well as 2D materials (Graphene, hexagonal boron nitride, TMDs).
We can also offer coating service for pilot or low volume production.
