Process services
Annealsys provides process services for Rapid Thermal Annealing (RTA) and coating by MOCVD. We have several systems available in our laboratory to process different types and sizes of substrates.
Upgrades and Refurbishing

Customer support
We provide process assistance to our customer to optimize their process conditions with their Annealsys RTP and CVD systems. Our services include optimization of temperature control parameters, advises on process conditions, recommendation on selection and vaporization conditions of precursors for MOCVD processes.
